Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

When you submit our application form we collect the information you provide: name, email address, brand or company name, website or social profile, revenue range, budget, timeline, area of interest, and the details you write about your business. We also automatically collect technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and time on page.

Text Message (SMS) Communications

If you provide a mobile number to us directly or during an engagement, you consent to receive account, scheduling, and service-related text messages from Fan Bridge Media. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase, and we do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Email Marketing

If you opt in, we may send campaign updates, case studies, and offers by email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-out requests promptly. Transactional messages about an active application or engagement may still be sent after you unsubscribe from marketing.

Cookies and Tracking Pixels

This site uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including the Meta pixel and Conversions API (CAPI), Google Analytics, and Google advertising tags. We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site, analytics cookies to measure usage, and advertising cookies to measure campaign performance and show relevant ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of interest-based advertising through the Google Ads Settings and Meta ad preferences; disabling cookies may affect site functionality.

Conversion Tracking and Server-Side Data Sharing

To measure advertising performance we may transmit event data - including hashed identifiers such as an email address, plus page and conversion events - to advertising and analytics platforms through server-side APIs. Identifiers are hashed before transmission where the platform supports it. This activity may be considered targeted advertising or a sale or sharing of personal information under some state privacy laws; see Your Privacy Choices below.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Browsers may send Do Not Track signals, which have no uniform standard and are not currently honored. Where required by law, we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser.

Third-Party Services

We share limited data with service providers who help us operate: CRM and marketing automation platforms (such as GoHighLevel), advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok), analytics providers, hosting and database providers, scheduling tools, and email and SMS delivery services. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our agreements, or in connection with a merger or acquisition.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to review your application, respond to your inquiry, schedule strategy calls, deliver and improve services, measure marketing performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not rent or trade contact lists.

Data Retention and Security

We retain application data for as long as needed to evaluate and service the relationship and generally no longer than seven years, unless a longer period is required by law. Application records are stored in an access-controlled database restricted to authorized administrators. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information; to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of personal information; to limit use of sensitive personal information; and to appeal a denied request. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and similar state residents may exercise these rights, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so. EU and UK residents may object to processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; our lawful bases are consent, contract, and legitimate interests. To make a request, email us; we may need to verify your identity, and an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf.

International Data Transfers

We operate from the United States and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers from the EEA or UK rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another approved safeguard.

Children's Privacy

This site and our services are intended for business audiences and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our practices, services, or applicable laws change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
